What does it cost?
Nothing to list and no monthly fee. We take 12% of the item price (inc. VAT) on each sale. Card and PayPal processing is included.
Who can sell?
UK-based businesses and sole traders selling new or refurbished goods that they hold in stock in the UK. We do not accept counterfeit, restricted or second-hand clothing.
How long does approval take?
Usually 1 to 2 working days. We may call you or ask for proof of business, such as a Companies House record or a recent invoice from a supplier.
How do payouts work?
Your balance is paid to your UK bank account every week, with a downloadable statement per payout.
Do I handle returns?
Yes, each store handles its own returns under the marketplace minimum of 14 days. GDM steps in only if a dispute cannot be resolved.
