The EC-2PREP from Prodis is a 2 door compact prep table, 5 x 1/6gn topping well that brings reliable, professional-grade performance to pizzerias, sandwich bars and busy prep kitchens. It measures 900 x 700 x 1006 mm (W x D x H), offers 240 litres of capacity and holds +2 to +8 °C.

Installation and care

Install the unit on a level floor with enough clearance for air to circulate around the condenser, and allow it to reach temperature before loading. Keeping the condenser free of dust and the door seals clean will protect efficiency and extend the life of the cabinet.
